A premier marketing strategy firm approached Rise with a bold challenge: to design its new signature brand. The goal was to differentiate them from the sea of sameness that floods the consultancy world and potentially disrupt the industry. Well, a daring challenge requires an even bolder creative approach. We asked ourselves: What if we took the styles and boldness of a fashion brand and brought it to their corporate universe?

Grounding our purpose in culture

We want a world where people are ready for changes, but realize that they can't do it alone. We are unconventional and love good people – those who care. This means they are in it for the right reasons – to provide a service or product that improves people's lives, that cares about their well-being.

People who care, who want to do good for their employees, who are not playing around or half-hearted. The world is too confusing right now to not work with those who are willing to do the right thing. This is an absolute non-negotiable.
